Island Doctor is MAI’s 24/7 mobile medical service for tourists, travellers, expatriates and business visitors. When you need a doctor on the island, you call one number – we dispatch a qualified practitioner to your location and manage any onward care.
Daytime house calls are typically arranged within about one hour, subject to location and clinical priority. Night and weekend coverage remains available through the same desk.

If your condition needs imaging, specialist review or admission, the visiting doctor initiates the pathway and MAI continues case coordination with the facility and, where applicable, your insurer or embassy.
